Tainan Sheng Feng Co., Ltd. was established in 1967. It has been engaging in the design and production of refrigeration engineering for more than 28 years. During this period, Tainan Sheng Feng has designed and manufactured various types of refrigerating and cold storage equipment such as ammonia compressor, slab ice maker, contact freezer, flake ice maker, instantaneous quick freezer etc.
Under the pressure of severe shortage of professional technicians and fast changes in market trend, we have to revalue and reconstitute base on the urgent demands of the market and our ability. We noticed the potentiality of ice-maker market and those shortcomings existing within machines. Most ice makers have very limited applications, either the production capacity is to low to correspond with user’s need or the final production - ice is not able for edible, therefore investment benefits of the users cannot be effectively insured.
Our company since then decides to dedicate ourselves to produce more effective ice makers, aiming to provide the users with a set of more complete production equipment. Not only that it will have the features of easy operation, water and energy saving, it must also be labor and space saving and providing good and fast after sale service and proper technology transfer, and most important of all, to lessen the user’s investment risks. Risks can be minimized by decreased the equipment cost and system breakdown rate. That is the only way to protect user’s investment benefit and it is also the basic service that ice-maker producers have to offer.
We restarted on the diagram design and studied the structure design of the whole system to improve the ice makers that can be used for a long term period under the ever-changing and damp weather in the Southeast Asian Region. We have invested a huge amount to purchase a complete set of production equipment to upgrade our product quality and raising our self-production efficiency to more than 90%. We also reorganize the whole production operation, renovated our plant to match the needs of mass production process. After all preparations have been made, the mass production process of the SFR series ice maker have began its performance. We deeply believe that the SFR series ice makers will become a main trend in the near future.
