SFB flake ice makers adopt the cycling refrigerant method.  It takes advantage of low temperature in the SFB machine to transfer water into ice and then the ice cutter scraps ice down by preset speed which can ensure the ice thickness are in 1.5~2mm.  There are two advantages.  One is increasing ice efficiency and the other one is to recycle energy.  Therefore SFB machine has the ability to produce colder and more quantities of ice comparing with other brand.  These colder ice are able to freeze goods quickly, at the same time, it also increases the commercial efficiency and competition.
